Kim Grimshaw Bolton

Kim Grimshaw Bolton is director of communications for The Chicago Community Trust, where she works closely with the Executive Office and Community Impact team to advance the Trust’s new strategic focus on closing the racial and ethnic wealth gap, as well as elevate the impact of grant recipients and community partners.

Prior to joining the Trust, Bolton was associate director of communications for civic engagement at the University of Chicago, where she promoted the University’s community-facing programs and initiatives. For several years she worked at the Metropolitan Planning Council, where she oversaw the full suite of media and marketing communications activities.

Bolton was born and raised on Chicago’s South Side. She earned her bachelor of science in broadcast journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and began her career at CNN. She and her husband live in west suburban Riverside, one child away from an empty nest.

Kelly Flynn Eisner

Kelly Flynn Eisner is a market research professional with over 15 years of experience across varied industries in both the public and private sector. Throughout her career, she has moderated hundreds of focus groups, in-depth interviews, and online discussions while providing insightful qualitative and quantitative analysis and actionable strategic recommendations. Kelly heads the market research consultancy, KFE Research, and previously served as Vice President of Market Research at NBC-Universal. Kelly holds a BA in Government/Political Science from Harvard University

Cindy Richards

Cindy Richards is a Pulitzer Prize nominated journalist in Chicago. She has been a reporter, political columnist and editorial writer for the Chicago Sun-Times and a city reporter for the Chicago Tribune. She also has edited award winning magazines and taught in the graduate school of the prestigious Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Richards has moderated WikiWisdom Forums for more than 10 years. When she isn't moderating WikiWisdom Forums, Richards runs the country's largest independent family travel website, managing 65+ freelancers.

Sarah Rimmel

Sarah Rimmel (She/Her/Hers) is an inclusive leadership coach and consultant with expertise in somatic awareness and culture, equity and diversity capacity-building in the workplace. Sarah is the founder of Inclusion Spark LLC, a team of consultants and coaches who unite to inspire each other and industry leaders. Sarah holds a Master degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver School of Business, and brings over 10 years of experience in higher education, and nonprofit settings.
